Dairy Acne

Recent research confirms that dairy and sugar increases acne. Another research says that high intake of bread, rice, cereal, pasta, sugar and flour products increases intensity of acne. Interesting fact here is dark

chocolate does not have any influence in acne. Dairy and sugar increases the levels of some hormones which causes acne. Dairy spikes sex hormone (testosterone/androgen) and blood insulin level. Androgen and insulin both provoke grotty, awkward spots. Levels of insulin can rise up to 300 percent for one full glass of milk, it may also lead to pre-diabetic conditions.

Milk and sugar in diet have significant impact on acne.Deficiency and excess levels of  nutrients worsen acne. On a study of food habits in a set of people , it was found that the people who took milk more milk during their teenager had severe acne. Take care of milk and sugar in the food and stay away from acne.
